Dr. Tammy Jennings is the Founder and visionary leader of Esther Serving the Nations, a faith-based organization committed to transforming lives through love, service, and empowerment. She holds a Ph.D. in Worship Arts and Ministry Leadership and brings a unique blend of spiritual leadership, creative excellence, and compassionate care to every aspect of her work. In addition, Dr. Jennings is a Mental Health Coach, allowing her to address both the spiritual and emotional needs of the individuals and families she serves. Under her leadership.

Esther Serving the Nations provides community and educational resource events that meet immediate needs by offering free essentials such as food, clothing, shoes, household items, furniture, and supplies while also delivering mental health support, social services, and access to educational and financial workshops. The organization’s mission is rooted in providing love, faith, hope, trust, education, and social services, building lasting relationships while empowering families and communities toward long-term stability and growth, all in the love of Jesus Christ.

Dr. Jennings has a deep passion for evangelism and outreach, with a heart to serve underserved and vulnerable populations. Her ministry extends beyond programs and services it is relational, restorative, and grounded in faith. Having served in ministry for many years, she brings seasoned wisdom, authenticity, and compassion to her calling.
